Consultant One consultant — whoever is picked in the "You ▾" selector. Portfolio, Worklist Working your own campaigns and daily task list.
Team Lead A chosen set of team members you pick from the staff grid. By Staff (sort by member or urgency) Checking in on a team's workload and catching overdue items.
Client Success Everyone — all tasks across every consultant. All Campaigns, Timeliness, Hygiene Org-wide health checks: campaign status, on-time delivery, stale boards.
The "You ▾" selector always scopes the Worklist to your tasks and highlights your rows — in Consultant mode it also picks whose Portfolio you see.
In Client Success mode, use the Filter by CS/PM box to narrow all three views down to one or more specific CS staff.
